Be it enacted by the youth model state of new New Jersey that the state Supreme Court have the responsibility of redistricting
Sections:
Section 1:
Defines the judiciary as the Supreme Court of New Jersey
The Supreme Court will appoint every member of the redistricting council
Section 2:
District lines will be redrawn every ten years, after the completion of the census.
Section 3:
The redistricting council will have thirteen seats
Section 4:
All of the meetings shall be open to the public
Section 5:
The final map requires the approval of the Supreme Court before it can be used
Effective Date:
This bill shall take effect six months after being enacted

The purpose of this bill is to ensure that elections are truly democratic, and that outcome will be true to the will of the people.
