Enactment Clause: 
Be it enacted by the youth model state of new New Jersey that the state Supreme Court have the responsibility of redistricting
Sections: 
Section 1: Defines the judiciary as the Supreme Court of New Jersey The Supreme Court will appoint every member of the redistricting council Section 2: District lines will be redrawn every ten years, after the completion of the census. Section 3: The redistricting council will have thirteen seats Section 4: All of the meetings shall be open to the public Section 5: The final map requires the approval of the Supreme Court before it can be used
Effective Date: 
This bill shall take effect six months after being enacted
Statement of Intent: 
The purpose of this bill is to ensure that elections are truly democratic, and that outcome will be true to the will of the people.
